We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our B2B startup company.
Our ideal SDR is a team player who can demonstrate the ability to work alone and be a productive team member, and that loves closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continuous learning and improvement.
As an SDR at, you will be responsible for servicing outbound/inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.

(The position will be based in Israel but will require working US time-zone working hours).

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
-Be the first point of contact for new US business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
-Consistently perform effective outbound/inbound sales calls on a daily basis in line with targets provided
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
-Achieve growth and hit both sales and leads targets
-Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on inbound leads, as well as with outbound lead generating efforts
-Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Proven experience as SDR/Sales in a startup – 1-2 years
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
-Salesforce savvy
-Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of customers
-Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
-Sales experience in the field of Digital Health – advantage
-Native Level English – must
-Able to work during US time-zone working hours
