Ad.Style is a content recommendation and discovery platform connecting premium editorial publishers with brands and agencies across the globe.
Ad.Style is seeking for an extremely talented Partner Outreach Executive to join our leading team in Haifa and develop new connections with publishers in the digital advertising world. You will be on the front-line of finding mutually beneficial opportunities for partners.

Location: Haifa, near the train station.

Work Hours: 15pm – 1am IL time

Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow long-term partnerships with the leading online-publishers.
• Construct long-term deals with a long sales cycle (up to six months).
• Independently build a pipeline of leads and close deals.
• Build relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Negotiate and evaluate online marketing proposals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English, writing and speaking.
• 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating contracts/deals with clients.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic.
• Pro activity; ability to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented.
• High attention to detail, organized with strong communication skills.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
