US wholesale Kosher supply company looking to hire an Order Entry Specialist
Duties:
– Enter customer orders into the order entry platform
– Handle customer service
– Answer customer phone calls
– Clear the order entry email inbox throughout the day
– Clear backorders/shorts off invoices throughout the day
Requirements:
– Top communication skills, both written and phone
– Strong attention to detail
– Past experience working in a corporate office environment
– Previous customer service experience (required) and call center (a plus)
Work from home, Full time US hours
Sunday – 4 pm – 10 PM IL
Monday – Thursday – 5 pm – 1 am IL
