Overview: Convergence Telehealth is looking for a Call Center Representatives with experience in Healthcare.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming calls, properly scheduling patient appointments, sending calls to appropriate party, taking appropriate detailed messages for providers, and managing patient accounts.
