Job Title: Lead Qualifier

Job Overview: The Lead Qualifier is responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality and suitability of leads generated through marketing initiatives. This role involves verifying lead information, determining their level of interest or readiness to engage, and ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales or account management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Evaluation: Review and assess leads generated through various marketing channels, including website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, and events.

Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of lead information, including contact details, company information, and specific needs or preferences.

Qualification Criteria: Apply predefined qualification criteria to determine whether leads meet the established standards for engagement.

Lead Scoring: Assign scores or rankings to leads based on their fit with our ideal customer profile and their engagement level.

Communication: Contact leads to gather additional information, clarify their requirements, and assess their readiness for further engagement.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of lead interactions, qualification status, and relevant details in our CRM system.

Lead Routing: Forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales or account management teams for follow-up and conversion.

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and any insights gained from lead interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with leads and colleagues.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build rapport with leads and gather necessary information.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data collection and verification.

Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess lead data and make informed decisions on qualification based on established criteria.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving qualification criteria and processes.

Position Details:

6-8 hours/day

Eastern hours

Hybrid work model. Work from our gorgeous office in Har Hotzvim and some days from home

Salary depending on experience
