Import Move Manager
Location: Sonigo International, Bnei Darom, Israel
Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for managing all aspects of international moves
• Collects essential documents from the customer
• Assists the customer in filling out move-related forms such as marine insurance, customs declarations, and power of attorney
• Responsible for overseeing billing and payment for each file
• Preparation and presentation of documents to our logistics office in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide timely and efficient communication and updates to the customer
• Solving logistical issues as they come up for the customer
• Undergraduate degree -a must
• Mother tongue English- a must
• Fluent Hebrew – a must
• Highly organized
• Diligent hard worker with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• Generous customer service orientation—strong ability to communicate in English
• Problem solver—ability to deal with problems and solve them independently or using available reso3urces
• Strong computer skills—fluency with Microsoft office
• Ability to be both empathic and tough with customers
• Comfortable dealing with money, contracts and payments
• Social Media skills – a plus
• Graphics skills – a plus
