The Company:
The Company is a rapidly growing Luxury Short Rental Platform managing 20+ (as of 01/01/20) apartments in TLV.
Its customer base is mostly high end and very international.

Job Description:
The founder/manager is looking for an autonomous Host Assistant, to support the hospitality and guest relation activities, preparing the apartments, welcoming the customers and supervise the quality of their stay while in TLV. The Host Assistant is fully responsible for his own organization to deliver the following services with the highest standard:

Guest relation:

  • Potential customers apartment visit
  • Relationship with reception desk (for some apartments) before customer arrival
  • Welcoming customers, apartment tours and brief instructions of use for all main appliances
  • Hot line in case of need or urgency related to the apartment
  • Apartment status report after customer check out

Hospitality activities

  • Supervision of Apartment operational status
  • Supervision of cleaning team according to customers arrival schedule :
    Cleanliness, amenities, house linens, overall design and layout according to marketing pictures,…
  • Supervision of contractors for maintenance and repair visits.
  • Supply coordination for house linens, cleaning products, food and amenities.


  • Ossek Patur Status – Autonomous worker
  • Fluent English and Hebrew. (French, a plus)
  • Full mobility (car, bike, scooter) in Tel Aviv (Herzliya, a plus)

6,500 NIS Monthly fee for all services rendered between 10:00 and 17:00
