Job Description
The role will include the formulation, modeling, and segmentation of the different business aspects in order to optimize and drive the company’s online growth.
The role is a senior-level position and requires a high level of commitment and independence.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the company online and data-driven approach
• Analyze and optimize acquisition channels, create decision tools in the different paid campaigns
• Analyze and optimize retention and sales through advanced tools and models
• Evaluate customer engagement KPIs such as LT, LTV, churn, and promote data-driven product changes
• Lead product marketing approach and optimize acquisition, conversion, and sales
• Develop data infrastructure and statistical analysis tools
• Build and manage the BI department and deliver valuable business insights
• Work directly with the company’s management and collaborate mainly with the product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Job requirements:
• BSc in Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
• 4-6 years of proven track record in a similar position in a B2C online business
• Demonstrated experience in generating statistical-based models
• Experience with online marketing channels optimization
• The strong business approach combined with a strong passion for driving growth
• Hands-on “can-do” attitude with attention to details
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Python, R or equivalent
• Exceptional ability to understand data and to transform it into insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
