We are looking for sharp thinkers, quick learners and motivated multi-taskers for positions with our eCommerce support team based in Petach Tikva – this is NOT a sales position!

Our support team responds to a huge range of customer enquiries from around the world.
No experience required as full training will be provided, but we need team players with plenty of common sense who are willing to learn fast and work hard.
We’re expanding and there are many opportunities to grow with us.
Right now the positions we need to fill are entry-level support agents with:
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• An open mind, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to handle large volume workload with speed, accuracy and efficiency
• Additional languages would be an advantage
• Customer service orientation
• Flexibility
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Teamwork Orientation
