Aish Global is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented accounts receivable controller to work under the direction of the controller and reconciling the accounting CRM with the fundraising database

Responsibilities
• Receipting donations and other forms of income in accounting CRM
• Monthly reconciliations of
– Donations in accounting CRM to Salesforce (Fundraising database)
– Credit card income
– Bank accounts and deposits
• Following up on collection of
– pledges in conjunction with fundraising department
– invoices
• Managing the tuition contract and collection process
• Reviewing inputting of donor information in Salesforce and ensuring accuracy
• Resolving customer/donor inquiries
• A/R aging review
• Assist in generating monthly revenue reports and other reports relevant to accounts receivable

Requirements
• Qualified bookkeeper or accountant
• High Level Excel Skills Required
• Experience with working with a CRM
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with non-profits a plus
• Experience with Priority and/or Salesforce a plus
